Out of the office

Kim is an avid foodie who loves to cook for her loved ones from recipes she encounters on Instagram and TikTok. During her downtime, she enjoys catching up on the latest flicks and relaxing her mind with gardening.

Over 10 years of Customer Service Experience

Looking and feeling my best has always been a priority. With plastic surgery trending a lot more today, I have taken a great interest in learning more. I come from a background of working as an Accounting Clerk and Customer Service field for the last 20 years. I joined the team at Edelstein Cosmetic as a Surgical Coordinator over a year ago. I enjoy being a part of the journey of helping our patients transform into a better version of themselves. I take pride in making all our patients feel comfortable at our clinic.

Out of the office

Outside of work I enjoy being a mom and exploring new food recipes to cook. I also enjoy spending quality time with family, relaxing on the sofa and watching a good movie and listening to podcasts.

Parvaneh is a master medical aesthetician who brings over 25 years of experience to Edelstein Cosmetic.

Parvaneh is enthusiastic about customizing an effective plan of care to assist in achieving each patient’s overall skin goals.

Parvaneh’s warm and kind demeanor ensures that every patients feels at ease during their time with her.

Prociding you with exceptional care

With over 18 years of experience in the medical aesthetics field, Alex Billard is our office manager. She has dedicated her career to making people feel good about their appearance and themselves. Her experience extends beyond a management capacity, as she is also a certified medical laser technician.

Alex’s passion for advanced medical aesthetics is partly attributed to always have being immersed in environments that foster wellness and health; in fact, she spent a majority of her childhood at her mom’s business: a gym! You will find Alex to be friendly, approachable and courteous, qualities with which she is naturally gifted.

Out of the office

Once a competitive figure skater and ballerina, she now enjoys hitting the slopes to ski and snowboard. Alex is also an avid movie buff, art lover and world traveler.

Michelle Edelstein is our Chief Operations Officer. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the clinic, helping to create a stronger organizational structure. Having studied psychology at York University, Michelle possesses a profound insight in human interactions and behaviour that enables her to improve and maintain effective business practices based on better interrelations, so that she can fulfill one of her primary goals as Chief Operations Officer: to provide a welcoming environment and better experience for you.

Michelle has a natural flair for predicting emerging trends in fashion and beauty, a talent that was fostered from a young age.

While others went to camp or summer school, Michelle spent her summers learning every aspect of the family business, an internationally recognized design house. With fashion “in her blood”, her impeccable taste is apparent in our facility—she was heavily involved in the interior design and decor. Complemented by a passion for health and wellness, her intuition also allows Edelstein Cosmetic to remain on the cusp of the field of medical aesthetics, providing you with beauty solutions that are designed to achieve a natural-looking improvement.

A mother and loving wife, Michelle achieves a happy equilibrium in her life by balancing family, work and personal development. She enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, boating and gardening. Michelle is also an avid recreational cook, creating healthy meals based on her training at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition.
