I had my breast augmentation with Dr. Edelstein in September 2025. He came highly recommended by a colleague, and knowing he has many years of experience made the decision feel incredibly reassuring.

Now, seven months later, I genuinely feel like a different woman. It was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions (and gift) I’ve ever given myself. From start to finish, I felt completely safe and cared for throughout the entire process.

The procedure took place at Humber River Hospital, where the nurses and anesthesiologist were exceptional. The experience at Dr. Edelstein’s clinic was just as seamless, the coordinators are warm, professional, and incredibly helpful when it comes to navigating payment options and logistics.

I'm 5 months post-op for a breast augmentation with Dr. Edelstein.

I came here because I read that he had experience working with transgender women - who tend to have wider chests - and wanted to make sure that would be taken into consideration.

I wanted fairly natural looking breasts, but considerably larger than what I was starting with.

He took my concerns seriously, and we decided on Allergan Natrelle cohesive silicone 485cc implants, under the muscle, with breast fold incisions.

I went from about a 34A to 34DD, and after settling, they do look pretty natural! My only real issue is, I think because I chose to go under the muscle for a more natural look, that even with a pushup bra, my breasts are so wide-set that I can't really get cleavage unless I push my breasts together moderately hard with my arms or hands. I did honestly think I could get cleavage by just wearing a push-up bra, but that is decidedly not in the cards for me.

Still, I'm glad I chose Edelstein to do my surgery. He and his staff are all super friendly, the surgery went so smoothly, and my incisions are healing quite nicely (With the use of 2x daily silicone scar gel)!

I don't honestly know how much of a difference it would make if I'd gone over the muscle, but I think if I had a time machine, I'd have done everything the same except for going over the muscle instead. But that's on me.

From the first conversation until the final follow up I am so thankful for all the staff at Edelstein Cosmetic. Dr. Alnaif - Breast implant removal and lift

This is the second procedure that I've had done at Edelstein cosmetic. My breast augmentation was done in 2022 by Dr. Edelstein and he did a fantastic job.

This year, I was ready to remove my breast implants as well as get a lift. It was very difficult to choose a surgeon for this procedure, as there aren't many before and after photos available for explant+lift patients. So I decided to come back to the same clinic since I was happy with my breast implant results - I am beyond ecstatic that I found Dr. Alnaif.

At the consultation, Dr. Alnaif really took his time to explain the procedure, risks and discuss any of my concerns. He made me feel extremely at ease and I was very comfortable. I knew almost immediately that I wanted him to do this surgery for me!

The surgical facility was immaculate and I felt like I was treated like a VIP. It was overall a very calm experience and I felt like I was in good hands. He even called to check up on me later that day after I had been discharged!

I am extremely happy with my results. I would recommend Dr. Alnaif to anybody who is looking to get an explant and lift. I had very large implants (560ccs, with a natural D cup) and nearly my entire chest/breast area is heavily tattooed, so I had fears over the outcome of the surgery. My expectations were realistic, and they were beyond exceeded. I have consented to show before and after photos - please ask the clinic to see them if you are considering this procedure!

Super happy with my results! Dr Edelstein was very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions, we talked a lot about realistic results for what I wanted and how it would look on my anatomy. He was also very comforting and reassuring when I was nervous before surgery and even checked in on me right after which made me feel well looked after! The results are perfect, big but still natural and proportional to my body. Nurse Kim was also amazing, I was very indecisive about size leading up to the surgery and she let me come back for 2 extra sizings and even a last minute size change which I really appreciated, they never made me feel like a burden and were always kind, understanding and super helpful! I also wanted to note I had zero complications and recovered super quick after surgery, very little pain and bruising I was back to work in 3 days, I’m seriously so glad I chose to go here!

I had the BEST experience getting my breast augmentation done, the consultation was with Dr. Edelstein personally, he was very kind, knowledgeable and straight forward. I recently had Rhinoplasty with Doctor Fialkov.
I never leave reviews but I wanted to share my experience as my results and the care I was given exceeded my expectations.
When I booked a consultation with Jeffery Fialkov I already had 2 other consultations with top surgeons in the toronto area that I followed for years on Instagram and was sure one of them would be my surgeon when I was ready, but after those brief 5 min consultations I just didn’t feel confident enough to proceed with surgery.
Not until I met a girl who had nothing but positive things to say about Fialkov so I booked a consultation with him. The consultation was very detailed, he made notes and educated me on everything I needed to know. I immediately felt safe and in good hands and would have walked into the OR right then and there, I felt excited and had total trust in him.
Marsha who assists in booking your surgery was also fantastic, she was always so sweet and caring. Marsha is always available to help with any questions or concerns.
When I arrived at the private surgical facility I was treated with so much care by the nurse who prepped me for surgery and the Anesthesiologist who all were very nice.
Today is 5 weeks post op and I’m so in love with my results and how he simply corrected the imperfections that I saw and gave me exactly what I envisioned and beyond. I have no breathing issues and the swelling is minimal and was back to work 2 weeks after with no bruising left. Doctor Fialkov makes sure you are well taken care of from beginning to end.
I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for natural results.

I am currently 2 months post op from my BA and I am so thankful for my experience at Edelstein Cosmetic. The entire experince from booking my consult to, surgery day and through recover has exceeded my expectations. I was so nervous and insecure before my first meeting with Dr Edelstein but quickly felt so much more comfortable. I had a BA with Dr. Alnaif and the process couldn’t have gone any better! From the consultation to post-op, everything was perfect! I told him my goals and he recommended the perfect options. Day of the surgery, he put me at ease and the surgery went so seamless. He even went an extra step in reassuring my dad who was waiting for me about going under. Dr. Alnaif truly cares about his patients and LISTENS to them.

The office staff are FABULOUS! Nurse Kim, Alex and Marsha were so on top of things, answered all my questions and ensured I had all my follow-ups booked in advance. Nurse Kim was so patient with me when I was going back and forth on two sizes.

I have thinking about tummy tack for a long time. I had 5 option to choose where to do the surgery. I have decided to do it with Doctor Jeremy Edelstein.
As I am from other province, I have to fly to Toronto to meet Doctor Edelstein and get a consultation. From the first steps into the clinic, it was a very positive experience. Nice and professional staff and everything on time and clear. Doctor Edelstein has explained everything, and we scheduled a day for my surgery. I woke up after the surgery and been surrounded of the medical stuff they took care about me and brought into my room. I want to emphasise that i didn’t need any pain manage pills. Of course, it was hard to move after the surgery, but every day it was getting better and better. When I first time took off my bandage I saw the result right away. I could not believe that it was so so good. Yes, I have expected the difference, but what i saw it was much better. Moreover, it was still swollen after the surgery, but can decently see the result. Well, after a while i should mentioned that all my clothes which i worn before pregnancy can again fit on me. That was one more benefit. Also, my skin is looking so young and it's very nice and soft. Other thing, it's not only the stomach became flat, my body silhouette now amazing. I have my own home gym and now when i do exercises i use only sport bras to see my body in the mirror. Now i so much love my body and my reflection in the mirror. I want to say that i am very happy that i choose Doctor Edelstein and i am very grateful to him how he changed my body and my also my life.
Thank you doctor to you and to all your clinic stuff and to the medical stuff in the hospital. It was a wonderful adventure.
